These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and services. By making a booking, you agree to these terms.

1.Booking and Payments

• You can request an offer via our website. After your request, you will receive a formal offer by email.
• Prices may change until your booking is confirmed. A booking is confirmed only after we receive the 30% deposit.
• The remaining 70% is due six weeks before the start of your stay.
• Payments must be made in accordance with the terms stated in the offer email.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations up to six weeks before check-in incur no additional charges.
• The 30% deposit is non-refundable.

3. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests must respect the property and adhere to house rules.
• Any damages caused by guests will be their responsibility and may be charged accordingly.
• The number of guests must not exceed the booking confirmation.

4. Liability

• We are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage during your stay.
• Guests are advised to secure their personal belongings.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
